The Mission
To provide the homeless with opportunities of employment
San Diego has one of the largest homeless populations in the country. In an effort to help the homeless, The Other Fellow believes employment is a crucial step in getting off the streets. Through job fairs and interaction with employers, the unemployed are able to find opportunities not previously available to them.
About
Started in 2017, The Other Fellow Inc, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, was created in an effort to help those on the streets with overcoming an important step in their journey back to employment. A simple idea: Connecting those offering jobs, to those on their journey back to employment. Through job fairs, resume building, and on-the-spot interviews, The Other Fellow Inc. works to bring opportunities not previously available to the homeless. With connections to many corporations located in downtown San Diego, The Other Fellow Inc. is able to bridge the gap between employment and the homeless.

Job Fairs
An essential aspect of The Other Fellow mission. By providing the homeless with in-person interaction with employers, opportunities for employment are endless.
